Faucet are proud to present:
Gang Garrison 2.1.1Now what does that mean? Are we slowing down so much that we now need three levels of version numbers? Maybe. But the real idea is to signify that this is a pure bugfix release, without any of the glitzy new features we're planning for v2.2.

Here's a list of changes from version 2.1 that you might notice:
Bugfixes:
- Removed autogun debug overlay (fixes LP#408285)
- Fixed spies being targeted by autoguns that should not see them (LP#412652)
- Fixed blade not being recovered from bullet walls (thread)
- Fixed Quote/Curly taunt being off by one pixel
- Fixed intel desync that could also cause weird spy behaviour (LP#412637)
- Fixed killcam showing the wrong person (thread)
- Fixed a possible case where an autogun might not appear on the client
- Fixed the "ghost" glitch where characters could appear in a different place than they are on the server (thread)
- Fixed an error message from the TeamSelectController (LP#422730)
- Fixed issues where the camera didn't start following the player again after respawning
- Fixed flickering medibeam when trying to heal a target on the edge of the medigun's range, and when trying to continue healing a target through obstacles
- Fixed a healer exploit that allowed two mutually superbursting healers to stay superbursted indefinitely (LP#423406)
Improvements:
- Modified Quote's taunt to make it livelier
- Reduced the required network bandwidth in several ways
- Adjusted bounding boxes for several characters:
- Quote / Curly: Width changed from 20 to 14. (For comparison, Overweight is 18.)
- Detonator: Width +2, height +4, and the center has been moved toward his front. The bounding box probably wasn't adjusted after the bigger sprite was added.
- Firebug: Moved his center toward his front because the bounding box was off-center. Also fixes an exploit that allowed the firebug to easily get into spawn rooms.
- Added alternative particle effects for flames and rockets that are more suitable for people with weaker hardware. They can be selected from the options menu.
- Made the unselected portraits in the class select screen completely grey so that they are team-neutral (LP#422809).
Additionally, there have been many internal improvements to clean up the code and help future development.
