"Ok"ing it caused server to crash.
I just assume this is caused by chat becaue it included the word "chat".

-fixed 3 bugs
-you now have to wait 4 minutes between calling votes so people can't spam it.

-added /maplist to check the maprotation
-added /votechangemap to go directly to a chosen map (here people vote to change to that map or not, there are no extra map options)
-added /voteblockvotingblockvote
