The current chat_v2 is not as 'advanced' as the console one i'm working on now but the code is cleaner (still really messy :p) and should be simpler to understand and figure out how everything works.

Some commands may still contain bugs (i can't multiclient to emulate an entire server to see if everything works as intended) so it's recommended that you stay at your computer when hosting this for the first hour(?)
Tell me if you get any errors/bugs.

The console is pretty flexible so other plugins should be able to add extra commands. Someone else can also perfectly make a plugin that logs the chat of this one as i'm too lazy to do it myself.

You now need chat in ServerPluginsList, you previously needed chat_v2, and before that chat. But use chat now.

The host can force end the round with /nextround and force mute with /mute, i didn't find the other ones to be important enough to make host commands.

It's perfectly possible for someone to make a plugin that adds an extra command though

Updated for Lorgan. Makes timeout 30s for votes, not 60s, fixes argument parsing for certain console commands preventing a certain /votemute bug, adjusts position of vote percent bars slightly.

No need to change anything, your server will use the latest version the next time it starts. In the meantime, your server and all players who connect to it will use chatv4.

ok testing has been done.
/votemute can possibly create an (ignorable) error so if you want to leave your server on and do something else it's best to block that command (/block votemute 1). Other than that it's stable i think.
