20-30 seconds is probably a bit much, but I know it takes a long time (idk why, my computer is good enough to host)
My mod already has a way to skip the restart, and I guess you haven't been around for long enough to have seen my mods, but I'm a fairly experienced modder.

Odd thing is, since 2.6 skipping restart with the chat plugin causes a looping error, idk why though.

You can't even jump on those player floor thingies, and yet that's the 4th update in 3 days... There's a thing called testing, you can even do it on your own (mostly for the aforementioned floor jumping thing). But I guess here people just release what they did as soon as they're done typing code.
