I can probably help, since I've got a youtube account with roughly 400 subscribers (Many of which enjoy tf2-related things), but I don't have any screen recording programs to make an advertisement with. So if anybody can record some game footage and send it to me, or (preferably) get me a good screen recording program, that would be swell.

I forgot, do you have Sony Vegas?
Anyway, if you do, search through the TF2 thread on Youchew. Somewhere buried within arguement after arguement, there's a free version of Fraps.
